Requirements:

You must have extensive experience with MongoDB at scale.
You must have a strong understanding of system performance, accessibility, and scalability principles.
You must have a product-minded approach with the ability to balance scope and MVP effectively.
You must have a proven ability to write performant, well-structured code.
You must have experience working with message queues and background job processing.
You must have familiarity with monitoring tools like GCP Logs, Prometheus, and NewRelic.
It is nice to have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
It is nice to have 10+ years of experience in software development.
It is nice to have proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
It is nice to have experience integrating with third-party APIs, including handling rate limits, error conditions, and monitoring.

The salary range for this position is Rs 7000000 - Rs 12000000 (INR 70-120 LPA).
This position offers the flexibility of remote work from India.
