The Staff Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale distributed systems while providing technical leadership across multiple teams.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong expertise in backend development using Go and Python is required.
Extensive experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture is necessary.
Proven experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration is essential.
A deep understanding of event-driven architectures and message queuing systems is required.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is necessary.
Strong system design and problem-solving skills are essential.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities are required.
Experience with application security and secure coding practices is necessary.
Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and tools is required.
Frontend development experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript is preferred.
Contributions to open-source projects are a plus.
