Requirements:

6+ years of software development experience at a venture-backed startup or top technology company.
2+ years of experience in a technical lead role.
Ability to comprehend complex domains and product requirements, translating them into high-quality technical solutions.
Proficiency in building backend and full-stack web applications using Python and React.
Strong technical communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with partners at all levels and functions.
