Remote Staff Software Engineer

Description:

• Enhance the analytics platform by refining the engine to extract deeper insights from patient records using advanced statistical methods.
• Improve performance by optimizing data calculations, transmission, and storage to enhance pipeline efficiency.
• Refactor the architecture to make the system more maintainable, testable, and cost-effective.
• Develop a testing framework to integrate regression testing and ensure system reliability.

Requirements:

• 12-15+ years of experience in full-stack development, focusing on backend and cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js (for AWS Lambda), and React.
• Strong experience with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, Amplify, Cognito, Step Functions, and CDK.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, tools like AirFlow and dbt, and databases like Postgres, DynamoDB, and Snowflake.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and collaboration skills in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in health tech, particularly hospital billing systems, is a plus.
