Requirements:

• You must have at least 6 years of industry experience, preferably in the B2B fintech or startup sector.
• Proficiency in computer science fundamentals and a willingness to learn Ruby on Rails is required.
• Mastery of object-oriented programming principles and familiarity with an ORM framework like Django or Hibernate is preferred.
• You should have an understanding of web-app architecture design and how various components fit together.
• Adaptability is essential, as project needs can change quickly in a startup environment.
• A customer-centric mindset is necessary, with a focus on understanding user needs and building solutions.
• Leadership qualities are expected, with the ability to navigate challenges and maintain high standards.
• A demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to thrive in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments is required.
