Responsibilities include designing, implementing, testing, and deploying software services with high SLAs, maintaining database schemas, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring junior engineers.
The role involves collaborating with business teams, participating in design reviews, and being part of the on-call rotation to respond to system incidents.

Requirements:

Minimum 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience in building high volume distributed systems and scalable APIs.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and server-side programming languages like Go, Python, Java, or Ruby.
Experience with server-side MVC frameworks such as Django, .NET, Spring, Rails, or Phoenix.
Excellent communication skills, customer-centric mindset, and ability to foster innovation.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

The standard base pay range for this role is $175k to $238k annually, with offers typically anchored around $210k.
Compensation is tailored to individual factors like work experience, skills, and market value.
