The Staff Software Engineer, AI position is a remote, full-time role that requires deep expertise in application development using Gen AI and Machine Learning.
The engineer will drive the architectural vision for the AI enterprise platform, ensuring the development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems.
Responsibilities include leading the design and development of a large-scale AI enterprise platform, providing technical leadership, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and mentoring other engineers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in building enterprise platforms with a focus on AI/ML.
Experience in designing and deploying real-time LLM systems at scale is required.
Proficiency in ML tools such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, Sagemaker, and MLFlow is necessary.
Expertise in programming languages including Node, TypeScript, and Python is essential, with knowledge of .NET being a plus.
Strong skills in designing systems for high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability are required.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, focusing on performance, security, and monitoring is necessary.
Candidates should have expertise in distributed systems architecture, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
The ability to influence technical direction and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is essential.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities, are required.

The salary for this position ranges from $165,000 to $200,000 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
