Requirements:
Candidates must have demonstrated expertise in developing highly scalable and robust software solutions across multiple technology stack layers.
Proven leadership experience in guiding teams through complex projects and serving as a technical lead is essential.
Exceptional proficiency in software design, architecture, and coding, focusing on maintainability and performance is required.
Outstanding collaboration and communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to mentor and coach team members.
Strong self-motivation and resourcefulness, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively in dynamic environments, are crucial.
A passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends is expected.
Experience with the development stack including React, React Native, TypeScript, GraphQL API layer, and Ruby on Rails on AWS is preferred.
Experience leading cross-team initiatives and projects is a plus.
