Requirements:

• A Master's or PhD degree or equivalent experience in Robotics, Transportation, Physics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of post-academic experience in evaluating large models, data science, machine learning, or a closely related field.
• A strong software engineering foundation and proficiency in production-environment coding and best practices are necessary.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python is required.
• Experience in designing, training, and analyzing machine learning models for big data is essential.
• Candidates should have solid statistical foundations and familiarity with hypothesis testing and common biases in data.
• Experience in designing and maintaining automated reporting tools for management is required.
• A creative and passionate approach to problem-solving is necessary.
• A track record of leading multi-functional initiatives and collaborating with engineering and product teams is essential.
• Candidates should have 3+ years of experience mentoring other data scientists.
• Bonus points for experience in the autonomous driving industry and proficiency in C++.
