Outreach is seeking a highly talented and motivated Senior Staff / Staff Software Engineer to join their team in India.
The role involves expanding the Outreach CRM Sync vision, focusing on the data integration platform that enables bi-directional data integrations between Outreach and API-enabled applications.
As a Senior Staff / Staff Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of high-performance software solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and drive the development of innovative, scalable, and reliable software systems.
Daily responsibilities include software development, technical leadership, architectural design, problem-solving, code review, and documentation.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of strong backend development experience.
A B. Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science/IT or a related field is required.
Proven experience in software development with a strong track record of designing and building complex systems is essential.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang or similar is necessary.
Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and best practices is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically are important.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are a must.
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Knowledge of modern software development tools and technologies is an advantage.
