AffiniPay, a leading fintech company, is seeking a Backend Staff Software Engineer to join their practice management team.
The role involves innovating and assisting in building large-scale, service-oriented SaaS applications for legal, accounting, architectural, engineering, and construction firms.
Responsibilities include providing guidance on software architecture, designing scalable applications in microservice architecture, collaborating with other teams and Product, creating prototypes, and supporting software deployments.
The position requires staying updated on industry trends, learning new technologies, and making informed technological decisions to shape the platform's future.

Requirements:

BS in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years of experience designing, implementing, monitoring, and debugging large-scale solutions in cloud-based environments.
Experience with AWS or other cloud-based technologies, building and deploying production-grade web applications at scale, LEAN product development, Agile frameworks, event-based microservices architecture, SOLID design principles, SQL, and relational databases.
Strong teamwork and documentation skills.
