• As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the technical design and development of software solutions.
• You will guide and mentor other engineers, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of software products.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, architect solutions, and drive projects to completion.
• Examples of projects include scaling models to large datasets, ensuring deployability in customer environments, and building core reusable components.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8+ years of software engineering experience, focusing on backend development is required.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or Java are essential.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing serverless and microservice architectures using cloud-native technologies is necessary.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is required.
• Demonstrated experience in working on complex software projects with a track record of delivering technical excellence is needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues are essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• The ability to effectively manage multiple communication channels asynchronously is necessary.

• Employee compensation will be determined based on interview performance, level of experience, specialization of skills, and market rate.
• The salary range for the Staff Software Engineer position is $210,000-$230,000 USD.
• The salary range for the Principal Software Engineer position is $220,000-$250,000 USD.
