Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience working on Product Engineering teams is required.
At least 3+ years of experience in leading architecture and design of systems is necessary.
Candidates should have a strong background in developing financial platforms, particularly with ledger technology.
A proven track record of building and delivering mission-critical, 24x7 production software systems is essential.
Excellent project management and communication skills are required.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills are necessary.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies is expected.
A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive is essential for this role.
