Description:

HungerRush is a leading provider of integrated restaurant technology solutions, with HungerRush 360 as their flagship cloud POS system.
The Staff Software Engineer position is responsible for full stack software development on HungerRush 360.
The role involves contributing at any point in the full development cycle, including identifying system requirements, coding, testing, releasing system changes, and documenting those changes.
Staff Engineers are expected to help shape and guide a positive engineering culture and understand broader business needs to partner with non-technical departments.
This is a remote role.

Requirements:

Candidates must have extensive professional experience, recommended to be 10+ years.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field focused on software development is required.
Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team is essential.
Expert-level technical proficiency is necessary.
Deep knowledge of .NET technologies, including C# and MVC, is required.
Candidates must have deep knowledge of SQL Server and Entity Framework.
A strong understanding of REST APIs (both consumption and development) is needed.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
Familiarity with NUnit, Moq, or similar unit testing technologies is necessary.
Knowledge of Git or a similar source control system is required.
