The Staff Software Engineer will contribute to the e-commerce product and platform, mentoring other engineers.

The engineer will collaborate with team leaders to plan roadmaps and will be involved in debugging and resolving incidents.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a deep understanding of backend server languages, including Ruby/Rails and Node.js.
Experience with front-end best practices in React is required, along with knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
Applicants should have experience designing scalable data models and a strong focus on clean, tested, and organized code.
A self-starter attitude and the ability to learn new frameworks quickly are essential.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for this role.
Candidates should have at least 10 years of related experience.
Experience with testing and monitoring frameworks is also required.
It is a bonus if candidates have experience in large-scale enterprise systems, tuning MongoDB, or e-commerce applications.

The starting salary for this position is targeted at $190,000, with flexibility based on the candidate's qualifications.
