Description:
The Staff Software Engineer at Memora Health will be responsible for enhancing and evolving major product components to support and scale all product development efforts.
The role involves collaborating with Product Management and Architecture teams to formulate a technology roadmap aligned with business goals, driving internal alignment, and guiding scrum teams for successful execution and delivery.
The Staff Software Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points and implement maintainable solutions.
Ideal candidates will be passionate about healthcare innovation and making a significant impact on healthcare delivery.
The position offers remote flexibility for U.S.-based employees in specific states and priority for applicants in certain cities.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in shipping enterprise-grade software products.
Experience leading complex projects from start to finish, including conceptualization, deployment, and upgrade.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js (Express), or Python (Flask, Django, or FastAPI) for writing readable, testable, and supportable code.
Strong inclination towards test-driven development and test automation.
Ability to collaborate with Product Management, mentor junior engineers, and promote best practices in product development.
Advanced understanding of DevOps practices, security tooling in SDLC, observability, and APM tooling.
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.
