Description:

  • The Staff Software Engineer at Memora Health will be responsible for enhancing and evolving major product components to support and scale all product development efforts.
  • The role involves collaborating with Product Management and Architecture teams to formulate a technology roadmap aligned with business goals, driving internal alignment, and guiding scrum teams for successful execution and delivery.
  • The Staff Software Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points and implement maintainable solutions.
  • Ideal candidates will be passionate about healthcare innovation and making a significant impact on healthcare delivery.
  • The position offers remote flexibility for U.S.-based employees in specific states and priority for applicants in certain cities.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in shipping enterprise-grade software products.
  • Experience leading complex projects from start to finish, including conceptualization, deployment, and upgrade.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js (Express), or Python (Flask, Django, or FastAPI) for writing readable, testable, and supportable code.
  • Strong inclination towards test-driven development and test automation.
  • Ability to collaborate with Product Management, mentor junior engineers, and promote best practices in product development.
  • Advanced understanding of DevOps practices, security tooling in SDLC, observability, and APM tooling.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.
