Description:
Jobber is a company that helps small home service businesses improve their service delivery through technology.
The Customer Success Engineering team is focused on building and automating tools to empower Customer Success teams and benefit multiple departments.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the technical vision, architect scalable solutions, collaborate with teams, mentor engineers, and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
You will collaborate with the team to deliver impactful features, shape the roadmap with Product and Design, lead larger initiatives, participate in code reviews, and facilitate group discussions.
You will mentor and coach engineers, advocate for best practices, simplify technical issues, and continuously learn and grow.
Successful candidates should have strong software design skills, full-stack engineering experience, ability to learn new tools, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning.
Familiarity with tech stack and experience with AWS, Docker, and SQL are beneficial but not mandatory.
