Description:

As a Staff Data Engineer, you will build the foundational data infrastructure that powers insights to drive growth and impact.
This role involves designing and optimizing data pipelines, implementing best-in-class data tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You will help ensure that the data infrastructure supports rapid growth, fuels analytics, and delivers meaningful impact to patients and providers.
The position is remote and offers a unique opportunity to shape scalable data solutions from the ground up.
Requirements:
You must have 7+ years of experience in Data Pipeline Development, including building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like AWS Glue, DBT, or Dagster.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and transformation is required.
You should have 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure & Data Warehousing, particularly with AWS services such as Redshift, S3, and Glue.
A minimum of 3 years in Data Quality & Governance is necessary, including implementing data validation and familiarity with data governance practices.
You need 3+ years of experience in Performance Optimization, focusing on optimizing data pipelines and managing large datasets.
Experience with Security & Compliance for at least 3 years is required, including knowledge of data security measures and compliance standards like HIPAA and SOC 2.
You must have 5+ years of collaboration and communication experience, with the ability to work cross-functionally and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred qualifications include experience in a high-growth startup, real-time data processing technologies, and familiarity with infrastructure as code tools.
