Responsibilities include developing and maintaining tools for product developers, contributing to reusable UI components, collaborating with product teams to identify pain points, and driving initiatives to address developer challenges.
The role primarily involves working with Python and modern JavaScript frameworks like React, NextJS, GraphQL, and Relay.

Requirements:

Candidates must be available for meetings during Quora's coordination hours (Mon-Fri: 9am-3pm Pacific Time).
A B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience is required.
A minimum of 4 years of experience with large-scale codebases and systems, particularly web applications and frontend architecture, is necessary.
Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience building APIs used by large teams.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working with React and GraphQL is required.
Experience with NextJS, Relay, or similar modern web frameworks is also necessary.

For US candidates, the salary range is $176,462 - $278,730 USD plus equity and benefits.
For Canada candidates, the salary range is $213,078 - $288,485 CAD plus equity and benefits.
