Description:
- As a Staff Software Engineer, DevOps at Alto Pharmacy, you will lead the implementation of DevOps best practices, optimizing CI/CD pipelines and automating workflows.
- You will design and enforce security protocols to safeguard infrastructure, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Architect and maintain resilient and scalable infrastructure solutions using cutting-edge cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Stay informed on industry trends in DevOps, security, and infrastructure, advocating for beneficial advancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on DevOps, security, and infrastructure.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Mastery of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Deep understanding of networking and security tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Benefits:
- Salary Range: $172,000 - $215,000.
- Equity Eligible.
- Travel required up to 15% of the time.
