Description:

• As a Staff Software Engineer on the Employee Management team at Vanta, you will be responsible for identifying key strategic technical initiatives to deliver value to customers and the business.
• You will build performant and customizable core product workflows to ensure millions of employees stay secure and compliant.
• Your role will involve accelerating product development and creating a consistent experience for Vanta customers.
• Vanta's mission is to secure the internet and protect consumer data by continuously monitoring and verifying security, empowering companies to practice better security effortlessly.
• You will integrate deeply with services presenting security risks, analyze data, and provide real-time security threat alerts with remediation guidance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience as a software engineer.
• Experience as a technical lead for large projects, defining roadmaps for complex projects spanning multiple teams and functions.
• Experience leading full-stack product teams working on technologies like React, TypeScript, GraphQL, MongoDB, AWS, etc.
• Ability to mentor and lead teams of engineers by example.
• Previous experience in startups scaling rapidly or environments prioritizing a bias for action.
