Description:

• Reddit is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for their Experimentation Platform team to drive innovation and growth through A/B testing.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional Software Development experience is required.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python or Golang, and experience with A/B testing infrastructure and analytics tools are necessary.
• Familiarity with Postgres/SQL databases, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and end-to-end web application development is essential.
• Strong communication skills are a must to collaborate effectively in a fully-remote environment and negotiate requirements with stakeholders.
