Description:
Reddit is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for their Experimentation Platform team to drive innovation and growth through A/B testing.
The role involves building new features, architecting frontend infrastructure, and setting best practices for experimentation across Reddit.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and supporting Reddit's Experimentation Platform, building data products, and collaborating cross-functionally.
The position requires participation in the full development cycle, from design to deployment, to enhance developer efficiency and find technical solutions.
The role is remote-friendly within the United States, offering the opportunity to work from home or visit physical office locations.
Requirements:
8+ years of professional Software Development experience is required.
Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python or Golang, and experience with A/B testing infrastructure and analytics tools are necessary.
Familiarity with Postgres/SQL databases, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and end-to-end web application development is essential.
Strong communication skills are a must to collaborate effectively in a fully-remote environment and negotiate requirements with stakeholders.
