Description:
Reddit is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for their Experimentation Platform team to drive innovation and growth through A/B testing.
The role involves building new features, architecting frontend infrastructure, and setting best practices for experimentation across Reddit.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and supporting Reddit's Experimentation Platform, building data products, and collaborating cross-functionally.
The position requires participation in the full development cycle, from design to deployment, and increasing developer efficiency through automation and system optimization.
Requirements:
8+ years of professional Software Development experience post-graduation is required.
Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (React, Angular, Lit), Python or Golang for front-end and/or backend technologies is necessary.
Experience with A/B testing infrastructure, analytics tools, Postgres/SQL databases, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is essential.
Demonstrated ability to develop end-to-end web applications, integrate systems efficiently, and communicate effectively in a remote environment is a must.
