Requirements:

You must have 6+ years of full-stack development experience.
Experience working at a fast-paced startup is required.
You should be in the top 5% of your peers in terms of performance.
Clear thinking and communication skills are essential.
Familiarity with the tech stack, including Typescript, NextJS, Neon (Serverless PostgreSQL), Temporal.io, and AWS via Flightcontrol, is necessary.
