Description:

The position is for a Staff Software Engineer specializing in Flutter, based in São Paulo, with a remote work option.
CloudWalk is a rapidly growing fintech company, recognized as a unicorn with millions of customers and significant funding.
The Mobile team is responsible for developing mobile applications for a large customer base, focusing on collaboration with product and design experts.
The role involves extending and improving existing Android and iOS applications using Flutter, aiming to enhance their ranking on mobile stores.
Responsibilities include building, testing, and deploying user-facing code in Dart, crafting reliable user experiences, investigating and resolving issues, assisting in feature development planning, and reviewing code from other engineers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have relevant experience in mobile app development using the Dart language and the Flutter framework.
A strong understanding of "Clean Code" principles and the ability to structure code according to clean architecture is essential.
Applicants should apply SOLID principles consistently in their work.
A deep understanding of state management patterns such as BloC, MobX, and Provider is required.
Experience in developing unit tests and integration tests in Flutter is necessary.
Candidates must have successfully developed and deployed a Flutter application to either the App Store or Google Play.
Familiarity with Firebase tools and design tools like Figma, Avocode, or Zeplin is expected.
Previous experience with mobile app development using native technologies (iOS or Android) is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills and advanced English proficiency are required for effective collaboration within a global team.
Candidates are not expected to have expertise in all areas, and support will be provided to bridge any gaps.
