Description:

As a Staff Software Engineer focusing on frontend development, you will advocate for your team, solve frontend challenges, and engage in hands-on coding.
You will help establish the team’s vision and scale product success in a fast-paced startup environment.
The tech stack includes TypeScript, React, styled-components, and Vite.
Responsibilities include building, leading a team of frontend engineers, collaborating on technical vision, leading complex project discussions, and improving engineering processes.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of frontend engineering experience is preferred.
At least 3 years of technical leadership experience leading and/or managing teams is required.
Proficiency in JavaScript and React is essential.
A strong ability to create visually appealing designs is necessary.
A proven track record of shipping high-quality products and leading projects at scale is required.
The ability to translate business and product ideas into engineering solutions is important.
A desire to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously grow in your craft is expected.
