The Staff Software Engineer - Frontend will own the architecture and lead the development of critical components of the Agiloft frontend.
Responsibilities include leading the design, development, and deployment of software solutions, ensuring performance and quality, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with various teams.
The role requires staying ahead of industry trends and driving the adoption of best practices in engineering.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a comparable field of study is required.
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in technical leadership roles.
Extensive experience in developing large frontend applications is necessary.
Deep knowledge of best practices for frontend application design and architecture is required.
Proficiency in JavaScript is essential, and familiarity with TypeScript is preferred.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Vue.js is required.
Candidates should be able to craft and own CI/CD pipelines using infrastructure-as-code frameworks like Terraform.
Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills are necessary.
Demonstrated experience in leading technical projects and mentoring engineers is required.
Excellent communication skills are essential for articulating technical concepts to various stakeholders.
Proficiency in using relevant AI tools in the software development lifecycle is preferred.
