Tines, a smart workflow platform, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer - Frontend to automate manual tasks and empower frontline teams.
The role involves owning and architecting critical parts of the frontend application, solving high-impact problems, and driving technical strategy and best practices.
Responsibilities include mentoring other engineers, collaborating with product and design teams, and influencing team priorities and resource allocation.
Potential projects include redesigning core application architecture, creating a design system, developing major new features, and collaborating on product features.
The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years of experience as a professional software engineer and be comfortable working across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.

Requirements:

Minimum of 9 years of experience as a professional software engineer.
Ability to work across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
Comfortable mentoring other engineers and collaborating with product and design teams.

Experience with React, Ruby, Rails, TypeScript, Postgres, Redis, and Docker.
