• The Staff Software Engineer - Frontend will be responsible for updating and maintaining lead platform experiences using a modern technology stack.

• The position reports to the Director of Engineering - Lead Platform and involves selecting the latest technologies, architectural frameworks, and design patterns for implementation.
• The Staff Software Engineer will provide visionary leadership and architectural direction to a team of engineers working on lead platform technologies.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of engineering experience and be adept at architecting scalable solutions in fast-paced environments.
• They must possess in-depth knowledge of front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts in simple terms are essential.
• The candidate should champion modern ways of working such as Agile, DevOps, and related practices.
• Problem-solving skills, ownership of solution quality, and the ability to reassess task complexity when needed are required.

Benefits:

• Base Salary: $175,000 to $190,000 + 30% Bonus
