Remote Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack

Description:

• As a Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack at Contentsquare, you will be responsible for developing the next-generation products of the company.
• You will have the opportunity to work on a B2B SaaS application and data pipeline, utilizing micro-frontends in Vue 3 & React 17, and microservices in Node.js 20, Scala, Go & Python on the backend.
• Your role will involve leading technical initiatives, contributing to company objectives, and optimizing high-performance web applications.
• You will collaborate with agile, cross-functional teams, mentor team members, and drive improvements across the entire application tech stack.
• Additionally, you will play a central role in strategic planning, participate in tech circles, and implement incident management strategies to ensure the reliability and efficiency of SaaS applications.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development with expertise in software development and component-based architectures using Vue.js, React, or Angular for the front-end.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Postgres, S3, and databases for the back-end, along with a deep understanding of modern JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with single page applications, cloud-native architectures, microservices architecture, performance optimization, automated testing, and continuous delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to think about the big picture, inspire others, and ensure best practices in software engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, collaborative spirit, and familiarity with working cross-functionally in an agile development environment.
• A keen interest in staying updated on the latest web technologies and a desire to share learnings and innovations within the organization.
