Description:

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be involved in the development of the advertising platform, producing production-level code that impacts the product's success.
You will work with large data sets and modern tech stacks including GoLang, Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL.
The role involves leading a growing full-stack engineering team and addressing challenges in the digital advertising industry.
The Audiences team focuses on building workflows to enrich audience data for programmatic advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities include advising on full-stack technical decisions, communicating complex technical endeavors, mentoring the team, and conducting technical interviews.
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in building highly performant web applications with outstanding user experience.
Preferred knowledge of full-stack technologies such as React, Typescript, GraphQL, Ruby on Rails, and Go.
Extensive experience with a test-driven approach to writing code using core full-stack technologies.
Experience collaborating with Product & Design teams to create high-impact end-to-end product experiences.
Proficiency in working with relational databases and key-value stores.
Experience in analyzing, benchmarking, and optimizing web application performance across the stack.
Proven experience leading large-scale modernization efforts to revamp legacy systems.
A strong ability to unpack complexity and simplify it.
