The role of Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack APIs, involves being a core contributor to the Console and APIs, which are crucial for customer interaction and satisfaction.
Responsibilities include contributing code, tests, and architecture, ensuring customer and developer happiness, coordinating with engineering and product leads, and providing technical leadership and mentorship.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 7 years of professional experience in software development within a production environment.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with scalable, API-based agent or service-oriented software architecture is required.
Proficiency in building applications using React, Javascript/Typescript, and Python or Go is necessary.
Experience with agile development methodologies for continuous product and technology development is essential.
Candidates should have experience leading the delivery of large-scale distributed systems.
Strong communication skills are required, as the team operates in a distributed environment.

Compensation for the position ranges from $210,000 to $230,000 USD, based on interview performance, experience, and market rate.
