Jobgether is seeking a highly experienced Staff Software Engineer with a focus on backend development in the United States.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend and systems design.
Expertise in backend technologies such as Python, Java, Go, Flask, Django, or similar is required.
Experience in building and maintaining scalable RESTful APIs and secure authentication systems is essential.
A solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and microservices architecture is necessary.
Proficiency in front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as CI/CD, AWS (Lambda, ECS, Fargate), and infrastructure as code is expected.
Bonus points for experience with OpenID, OAuth2, SAML, or in regulated industries like healthcare/FDA compliance.

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $146,232 to $200,177 for candidates outside the SF Bay Area, and $155,750 to $240,922 for those within the SF Bay Area.
Additional compensation includes cash bonuses and equity options.
