Description:

Join Gretel, a company developing a generative AI platform for synthetic data to solve the data bottleneck problem for developers, data scientists, and AI/ML researchers.
Work on building the Console and APIs, crucial touch-points for customers, to enhance growth, satisfaction, and retention on the platform.
Contribute to code, tests, and application architecture on a small engineering team.
Ensure customer and developer happiness by building operational transparency and resiliency into deployed applications.
Collaborate with engineering and product leads to define and prioritize projects aligning with business objectives.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to support team growth.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience in a production environment.
At least 5 years of experience with scalable, API-based software architecture.
Proficiency in agile development methodologies and leading the delivery of large-scale distributed systems.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration in a distributed team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field preferred.
Experience with React, Javascript/Typescript, and Python or Go for application development.
Familiarity with building cloud-scale applications in AWS and/or GCP.
Experience in containerized applications with Docker/Kubernetes.
Prior experience working remotely in a distributed company.
