• VOZE is seeking a Staff Software Engineer with Fullstack experience to work at their cutting-edge computer software company in Sandy, UT. The company focuses on enabling simple sales activity collection through voice, paper, and typed text to enhance the daily job experience of sales reps. The ideal candidate will advocate for the team, solve backend and frontend challenges, engage in hands-on coding, and contribute to scaling product success in a fast-paced startup environment. The role involves leveraging leadership, technical expertise, and passion to enhance the overall output of the development team, establish the team's vision, and drive its implementation.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of backend and frontend engineering experience is preferred for this role. The candidate should have strong proficiency in TypeScript, Python, Kotlin, or Java, along with experience in web frameworks like Spring, Django, or Ruby on Rails, and UI frameworks such as Angular or React. A track record of shipping high-quality products, leading projects at scale, and turning business and product ideas into engineering solutions is required. The candidate should be passionate about speed, efficiency, availability, system quality, and user experience. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously grow.
