Jobber is seeking a Staff Software Engineer (Fullstack Dev) to work remotely in Canada.

Requirements:
Candidates must have demonstrated expertise in developing highly scalable and robust software solutions across multiple technology stack layers.
Proven leadership experience in guiding teams through complex projects and serving as a technical authority is essential.
Exceptional proficiency in software design, architecture, and coding, focusing on maintainability and performance, is required.
Outstanding collaboration and communication skills are necessary to enhance team productivity through mentorship and coaching.
Strong self-motivation and resourcefulness, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively, are important.
A passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends is expected.
Experience with the development stack, including React, React Native, TypeScript, GraphQL API layer, and Ruby on Rails on AWS, is preferred.
Experience leading cross-team initiatives and projects is a plus.
