Description:

• Technical challenges include building audio and video recording technology for web, desktop, and mobile, designing new video editing tools, reducing latency for multi-user collaboration, migrating systems to make the app web-first, improving performance, and creating a scalable backend infrastructure.
• Responsibilities include leading engineering initiatives, building and shipping new features across frontend and backend, collaborating with product and design teams, writing high-quality code, providing mentorship, contributing to architectural decisions, and designing efficient systems.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience leading large-scale projects with complex architecture and scalable solutions.
• Proficiency in modern technologies such as Typescript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Go, and Python.
• Strong CS fundamentals, experience with web technologies and REST APIs, and good written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer obsession, ability to make tradeoffs, self-awareness, and a desire for continuous learning and improvement.
