Remote Staff Software Engineer (Generative AI)

Description:

• The company is looking for a Fullstack Staff Software Engineer to lead the development of innovative systems on the Emerging Platforms (Generative AI) team.
• The role involves designing, building, and supporting APIs, machine learning services, frameworks, LLMs, langchain, and foundational database technologies.
• Candidates will work across the stack and are encouraged to apply regardless of background diversity.
• Responsibilities include creating business logic using RESTful API standards, deploying and maintaining databases, designing features from UI to APIs, upholding code quality, collaborating with data scientists, and developing automated tests.
• The position requires working in a multidisciplinary team, deploying to cloud-based platforms, and utilizing tools for code and test generation.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of backend or fullstack development experience with REST API ecosystems, Azure, AWS, or GCP, and the ability to bring an application from idea to delivery independently.
• Experience in integrating and consuming APIs, critical problem-solving skills, agility in adapting to changing priorities, and visualizing system architectures.
• Competency in secured internal network environments, familiarity with AI-generated content technologies, LLM integration, and adaptability in a fast-paced technology landscape.
• Effective communication skills, translating business needs into technical requirements, and working collaboratively in a matrixed organization.
