Description:

• The Staff Software Engineer, Growth position in San Francisco, CA is seeking talented and experienced software engineers specializing in growth to drive the expansion and optimization of the Linktree product.
• Responsibilities include leading growth engineering efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and owning the full development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 6+ years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in full-stack development, experience in data-driven optimization, and familiarity with AI technologies.
• Linktree offers a competitive compensation package with a cash compensation range of $170,000 - $230,000 in the San Francisco Bay or Los Angeles area.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent with 6+ years of Software Engineering experience. Advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in full-stack development, familiarity with application development technologies, and experience in backend technologies.
• Experience in data-driven optimization, including familiarity with databases, data modeling, and data analysis tools.
• Experience in conducting experiments and A/B testing to evaluate growth strategies.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and machine learning models is a plus.
