Description:
The Staff Software Engineer, Growth position in San Francisco, CA is seeking talented and experienced software engineers specializing in growth to drive the expansion and optimization of the Linktree product.
Responsibilities include leading growth engineering efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and owning the full development lifecycle from design to deployment.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 6+ years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in full-stack development, experience in data-driven optimization, and familiarity with AI technologies.
Linktree offers a competitive compensation package with a cash compensation range of $170,000 - $230,000 in the San Francisco Bay or Los Angeles area.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent with 6+ years of Software Engineering experience. Advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) are a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proficiency in full-stack development, familiarity with application development technologies, and experience in backend technologies.
Experience in data-driven optimization, including familiarity with databases, data modeling, and data analysis tools.
Experience in conducting experiments and A/B testing to evaluate growth strategies.
Familiarity with AI technologies and machine learning models is a plus.
