Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in software engineering on a full stack-focused team.
  • Strong knowledge or experience with React.
  • A mindset focused on shipping fast, learning, and iterating.
  • Experience leading a team or project and acting as a technical leader in building scalable software.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and listening skills.
  • Strong software design and architecture skills.
  • Enthusiasm for delivering value to customers regularly.
  • Ability to ask questions, seek new information, and remain open to new ideas.
  • Self-sufficiency, initiative-taking, and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
  • Attention to quality, experience in writing automated tests, and navigating ambiguity effectively.
  • Passion for learning and continuous growth.
