Description:

Outreach is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to work on the IAM (Identity and Access Management) team, focusing on securing customer data while providing flexible access control solutions.
The role involves collaborating closely with Product and InfoSec teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver governance solutions that empower customers.
The Outreach Governance Platform team aims to provide secure data access while enabling customers to model their workflow needs for collaboration and reporting.
The team will be responsible for the end-to-end experience for customers to set up, enforce, and use access controls throughout the Outreach application.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of professional software development experience.
Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Golang, Java, C++, Ruby, or C# is required.
A minimum of 4+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems is necessary.
Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software design is essential, with the ability to create extensible and reusable software that meets architectural objectives.
Familiarity with continuous integration environments is required.
A can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team are important.
Candidates should be able to prioritize tasks effectively for incremental delivery and have a willingness to learn new technologies.
