Remote Staff Software Engineer | iOS

Description:

• Ramp is seeking a Staff Software Engineer specializing in iOS to lead the development of new products on Ramp's iOS App.
• The role involves driving the core product engineering roadmap, making prioritization decisions, and ensuring high-quality code standards.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with Product and Design teams to enhance app features based on customer feedback.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of iOS development experience and at least 2 years of technical leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Swift, knowledge of iOS UI components, and experience with mobile design patterns and best practices are required.
• The role also requires a desire to learn new technologies, adapt to different situations, and understand security best practices for mobile apps.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of iOS development experience.
• At least 2 years of technical leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Swift for iOS development.
• Knowledge of iOS UI components and the iOS Developer Platform.
• Experience contributing to mobile apps or features with a large user base.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously grow.
• Strong understanding of mobile design patterns and best practices.
• Understanding of security best practices for mobile apps.
