Description:
- Develop a product that impacts the construction industry worldwide, including hospitals, homes, sports stadiums, and schools
- Work as a Staff Software Engineer on the Localization Engineering team
- Collaborate with Principal Engineers, Architects, and Product Managers to drive high-leverage projects
- Be a technical leader on a team with low operational overhead
- Define technical roadmap for the team and lead cross-team solutions
- Design and build systems aligning with business outcomes
- Provide technical leadership for a team of 8-10 engineers
- Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code
- Mentor junior engineers within the team
- Share knowledge through brown bags, tech talks, and promoting engineering best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of software development experience using Typescript, Ruby on Rails, or Python
- Experience in designing and building software to enhance developer productivity
- Strong documentation skills for clarifying ambiguous problems
- Experience working remotely and with distributed teams
- Fluent in verbal and written English
