Requirements:
You must have 8+ years of software engineering work experience.
Experience working with fully remote teams is required.
You should have demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple teams on large-scope projects.
You need to have experience presenting technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent organizational-wide documentation skills are necessary.
You must be able to research and synthesize information about new technologies and explain their relevance to the engineering organization.
Independence in project management around ambiguous problems is essential.
Strong experience with backend technologies such as Python Web Frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI, etc.) and frontend technologies like React is required.
Familiarity with data management systems (PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Kafka, etc.) and cloud deployment using Kubernetes is necessary.
