The ML Training and DevEx team aims to provide a reliable, scalable, and user-friendly training framework for modeling needs of Stack AV.
This team is responsible for improving the overall developer experience for ML engineers by building tools for testing, validation, and understanding models and the data used for training.
Responsibilities also include model optimization and deployment.

Requirements:

Candidates should have experience with both ML Platforms and building ML-based applications, with bonus points for modeling experience.
A proven track record of building scalable and reliable infrastructure in a fast-paced environment is required.
The ability to work collaboratively across teams is essential.
Experience in building or using ML infrastructure for a large number of customer teams is necessary.
A deep understanding of design tradeoffs and the ability to articulate those tradeoffs while achieving alignment with others is required.
Experience in building ML models or infrastructure in the domains of autonomous vehicles, perception, and decision-making is desirable but not mandatory.
Familiarity with model training, model optimization, or large data processing pipelines is required.
