Requirements:

• Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in software development at a Staff or Principal level, ideally with large-scale SaaS products.
• Proficiency in Rails and React (or similar web frameworks) and relational databases is required.
• A proven track record of technical leadership is essential, including experience in shaping roadmaps, making high-stakes decisions, and delivering complex end-to-end features.
• Strong communication skills are necessary to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and to drive alignment in cross-functional settings.
• A passion for mentorship is important, with a commitment to growing and inspiring engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
