Requirements:

Candidates should have a desire to contribute to or experience working in Open Source communities.
A minimum of 8+ years of experience in software development with at least one programming language is required.

Experience in writing clean, robust, and maintainable software is essential.
Candidates should have experience delivering projects from requirements gathering to product shipping in a self-driven manner.
Some experience with cloud-based software development or systems engineering is necessary.
Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry from a developer's perspective is required.
Nice to have experience in a technical leadership role and exposure to microservices architecture.

The base compensation range for this role in Spain is €88,627 - €110,785, with actual compensation varying based on experience and skillset.
