Description:

  • The Staff Software Engineer on the Outbound Messaging team at Memora Health will be responsible for designing and building the system architecture to support message orchestration needs for clinical program delivery.
  • They will collaborate with engineering teams to address technical challenges, deliver quality features, and ensure a great customer experience.
  • Leading the design, development, deployment, and iterations of complex features will be a key responsibility, working closely with engineers, Product Managers, UX designers, and leadership.
  • Enhancing and evolving Memora’s product architecture will be part of the role, along with working with cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points and implement solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will be driven by the innovative approach and technology applied to healthcare, aiming to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in shipping enterprise-grade software products.
  • Experience leading complex projects from start to finish, including conceptualization, deployment, monitoring, and upgrade.
  • Proficiency in writing readable, testable, and supportable code in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js (Express), or Python (Flask, Django, or FastAPI).
  • Inclination towards test-driven development and test automation.
  • Ability to collaborate with Product Management, mentor junior engineers, and understand DevOps practices and technologies.
  • Experience with security tooling in SDLC, observability, APM tooling, and a degree in Computer Science or related field.
