  • As a Staff Software Engineer, you will contribute to the transition to a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and work on an event-driven architecture to protect sensitive data.
  • The technical stack includes Typescript/Node.js or Ruby on Rails, React frontends, Postgres databases, and AWS hosting.
  • The role involves shaping the patient experience and facilitating interactions between patients and therapists.
  • Candidates will work in a close-knit team within a fast-growing product environment and engage in meaningful technical discussions.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 8+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams to bridge technical and non-technical groups is required.
  • Fullstack experience in building modern database-backed web applications (both SQL and NoSQL) is necessary.
  • Candidates should have experience with microservice development.
  • Mentoring others, reviewing architectures, and establishing design patterns is expected.
  • Experience in driving all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and post-launch maintenance, is required.
  • Candidates must have experience working on complex projects with a focus on sustainable results.
