As a Staff Software Engineer, you will contribute to the transition to a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and work on an event-driven architecture to protect sensitive data.
The technical stack includes Typescript/Node.js or Ruby on Rails, React frontends, Postgres databases, and AWS hosting.
The role involves shaping the patient experience and facilitating interactions between patients and therapists.
Candidates will work in a close-knit team within a fast-growing product environment and engage in meaningful technical discussions.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience working on cross-functional teams to bridge technical and non-technical groups is required.
Fullstack experience in building modern database-backed web applications (both SQL and NoSQL) is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with microservice development.
Mentoring others, reviewing architectures, and establishing design patterns is expected.
Experience in driving all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and post-launch maintenance, is required.
Candidates must have experience working on complex projects with a focus on sustainable results.
