Description:
The company is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the Growth team in building scalable systems that enhance patient and provider enrollment.
The role involves driving technical strategy and execution for user-visible surfaces such as the marketing site, entry form, provider directory, and marketing automation systems.

As a technical leader, the engineer will shape architecture and engineering standards while collaborating with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to implement long-term solutions that achieve business outcomes.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience as a software engineer, specifically in building and maintaining scalable, production-ready systems.
Strong back-end focused full-stack experience with modern SQL/NoSQL databases and high-level programming languages such as Java, TypeScript, or Go is required.
Hands-on experience with microservice and/or event-based architectures is necessary.
Proven ability to lead complex technical projects across teams, managing the full development lifecycle from planning to maintenance is essential.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills are required, with experience in aligning engineering efforts to business goals.
Experience in mentoring engineers, reviewing system architectures, and defining scalable design patterns is expected.
